How Medical Repatriation Works — Step by Step
A predictable sequence — when run by people who do it every day.
1. Initial call
The 24/7 desk takes the call. We capture the patient's current location, destination, urgency and a brief clinical summary.
2. Medical review
Our medical partners review the latest medical report and confirm whether the patient is fit to fly, what aircraft type is appropriate, and what equipment and crew is needed.
3. Quote
You receive a written quote with aircraft, crew, ground logistics and timeline. Quotes are subject to medical and operational feasibility.
4. Confirmation and launch
On confirmation we file permits, position the aircraft, brief the medical team and arrange ground ambulances at both ends.
5. The flight
Medical crew take handover at the sending hospital, transport the patient to the aircraft, deliver care in flight, and complete a physician-to-physician handover at the receiving hospital.
Tell us where the patient is. We do the rest.
