Medical Evacuation is a flight coordination service. We arrange medical air transportation and connect families, hospitals, and insurers with independent, qualified medical providers and independent air carriers. We do not employ medical staff, do not operate aircraft, and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, triage, or treatment at any stage of a case.

No medical advice

Information published on this website — including guides on conditions, costs, aircraft types, and country-specific repatriation pages — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician, and must not be relied on to make clinical decisions. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition.

No doctor–patient relationship

Submitting a quote request, calling our 24/7 line, or corresponding with our coordinators does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and Limitless Sky and Sea LLC. Clinical responsibility for the patient remains with the treating physician at the sending facility and, once the case is accepted, with the independent flight physician and medical team engaged for the mission.

Fit-to-fly decisions are made by physicians

Fit-to-fly assessments, mode-of-transport recommendations (commercial medical escort vs. air ambulance jet vs. ICU configuration), and in-flight clinical decisions are made by the independent medical providers engaged for the case, based on the clinical handover from the treating physicians. Our coordinators do not override or substitute those decisions.

No guarantee of outcome

Medical air transportation is performed in complex, time-critical, and sometimes austere conditions. While the operators and medical teams we work with maintain accreditation and operating standards appropriate to their mission profile, no medical or operational outcome can be guaranteed. Every case is reviewed individually and is subject to medical and operational feasibility.

Emergency notice

This website is not an emergency service. If you or someone in your care is in immediate medical danger, contact local emergency services (911 in the United States, 112 in the European Union, or the local equivalent) first.
