All flights are performed by independent FAA-certified Part 135 (or equivalently certified non-US) air carriers under their own operating authority. Limitless Sky and Sea LLC acts as the agent of the charterer, arranges single-entity charters only, and identifies the direct air carrier in writing before payment as required by 14 CFR § 295.30.
