Medical Evacuation is committed to making its website usable by people with the widest range of abilities. We design and build with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C.

Measures we take

Semantic HTML structure with a single H1 per page and a clear heading hierarchy.
Descriptive alternative text on informative images.
Keyboard-operable navigation, focus styles, and skip targets.
Sufficient color contrast for body text against background.
Mobile-first responsive layouts that reflow at 320px width without horizontal scrolling.
Form fields with visible labels and accessible error messages.
Captioned and transcribed multimedia, where multimedia is published.

Known limitations

The interactive operator map on the network page uses a third-party mapping service. We provide a static map fallback with the same dataset for users who cannot use the interactive view. We are working to expand non-visual access to map content.
