Limitless Sky and Sea LLC maintains errors-and-omissions cover for its brokerage activities. The policy responds to financial loss caused by a negligent act, error or omission in arranging a mission — it does not replace the carrier's aviation insurance or the medical provider's malpractice cover, which are issued per flight.
Limitless Sky and Sea LLC arranges single-entity charters as the agent of the charterer. We do not own, lease, operate or have operational control over aircraft. The direct air carrier is identified in writing before payment per § 295.30.
Carrier hull, passenger and third-party liability certificates, plus the medical provider's malpractice certificate, are provided on request and in any event before departure.
Fit-to-fly, in-flight care and bed-to-bed handover are decided by independent, qualified medical providers — see the medical disclaimer.
GDPR Data Processing Addendum with Standard Contractual Clauses, and a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement on request. Full detail in the Privacy Policy.
Self-serve documents below. Mission-specific carrier and medical certificates, and restricted documents (W-9, AOC, BAA), are released on request to verified counterparties — typically the same business day.
