What case managers ask first

How do you handle GOP (Guarantee of Payment)?+

We accept GOPs from assistance companies, insurers and corporate clients in our standard format or yours. Once received and clinical fit-to-fly is confirmed, we launch — no separate finance approval needed mid-mission.

What turnaround time should we expect on a quote?+

Indicative pricing within 30–60 minutes during business hours, written itemised quote within 2–4 hours for most missions. Critical cases are quoted in parallel with clinical assessment so launch isn't gated on paperwork.

Which accreditations do your operators hold?+

We arrange missions exclusively through EURAMI-, CAMTS- or NAAMTA-accredited operators where the route, registry and aircraft category permit. Operator credentials, insurance and AOC details are supplied with every quote.

Do you handle multi-leg and complex repatriations?+

Yes. Tech stops, crew changes, fuel uplifts, slot coordination at restricted airports, ground ambulance chains, and customs/immigration for stretcher cases are managed in-house by our ops desk.

How is clinical handover documented?+

We deliver a full mission report within 24 hours: vital signs trend, medications administered, interventions, sending and receiving facility sign-off, and any in-flight events. Compatible with most case management systems.

Can you invoice in multiple currencies?+

Yes — EUR, USD, GBP and CHF as standard, others on request. Net 30 terms available for established assistance partners under master service agreement.
