· OperationsOverflight Permit
Government authorisation to fly through a country's airspace, required for many international medevac routes.
Each country issues overflight and landing permits to non-domestic aircraft. Some are routine (24–48 hour processing); others (parts of the Middle East, Central Asia, parts of Africa) require longer lead times.
Mission planning for long-range medevac builds permits in early. For urgent missions, expedited diplomatic clearance is sometimes obtained.
