An aircraft cabin set up with a fixed stretcher and patient-care zone, in place of standard passenger seats.
Stretcher configuration converts seats into a clinical workspace: stretcher anchored to the floor, oxygen and electrical supply, medication storage, and seating for the medical crew alongside the patient.
Dedicated air ambulance aircraft carry permanent stretcher fits. Commercial medical escort missions on scheduled airlines use a fitted stretcher built across a block of seats, installed by the airline's medical desk.
